How Retirement Is Treating Some Of England’s Greatest Strikers

What does a footballer do when their career is up? Nothing can replicate that feeling of scoring a goal in front of tens of thousands of people, all of which worship the ground you walk on. It’s a feeling many have failed to indeed cope with following retirement.

For many the end of a career marks the beginning of another and for England’s top strikers of years gone by that is certainly the case. From becoming top pundits to becoming among the best high roller casino stars around, we detail what some of the nation’s finest strikers have gone on to do…

Teddy Sheringham

Teddy was part of Manchester United’s historic treble winning side and was still playing football into his 40s. He began his career in 1983 and played through until 2015, making a total of 926 first team appearances.

Following retirement he managed both Stevenage and ATK but he’s been best known for his poker playing, winning a range of tournaments both at online casino sites and in offline tournaments.

He’s won significant sums through poker and is one of the best known UK players today.

Gary Lineker

Gary Lineker is one of the nation’s greatest. He is a World Cup top scorer and has gone from being the very top in European football to the very best in broadcasting.

He’s one of the BBC’s top presenters, as well as BT sport, and is one of the finest sports broadcasters on the planet, covering the likes of football, the Olympics and much, much more.

Emile Heskey

Heskey is well known for his DJ celebration but a career in Ibiza didn’t follow the former Leicester star’s career. His career spanned 22 years and he played 62 times for his country.

A career in management looks set to follow, alongside the great charity work the former striker is doing, and he’s currently serving an internship with the Leicester City women’s team as the women’s game continues to grow.

Matt Le Tissier

Le Tiss played no way near as many games for England as he should have, but he was one of the finest players of his generation.

A career in punditry followed and he was an ever-present on Soccer Saturday until recently. These days though he spends much of his time as a controversial Tweeter, in what has been a fall from grace nobody wanted to see.

Australia’s Greatest Ever Footballers

Australia is well known for its sport stars. Ask who the nation’s best ever cricketers are and you could reel of a dozen names that make the shortlist. The same goes for rugby, and even the likes of swimming and cycling. But when it comes to football it’s a little trickier.

Only a handful of Socceroos have really made an impact on the footballing world, few of which have picked up any real honours, particularly in Europe. In fact, many clubs in the Premier League have seen taking on Aussie players as a bit of a gamble, with it akin to taking a bet on red or black on the best online casinos Australia offer, you don’t quite know if it’ll land. A number have though and below you’ll find our best players to ever grace the beautiful game.

Harry Kewell

Harry Kewell has been one of Australia’s finest exports and is still involved in the game today as manager of Oldham Athletic.

He started his career at Leeds United as a 17-year-old, bursting onto the scene and making 242 appearances for the club before making a big move to Liverpool. He made 58 appearances for his country and was a Ballon d’Or nominee in 2001. He lifted the Champions League just a few years later and is one of the most successful footballers from the nation of all time.

Mark Viduka

Viduka played alongside Kewell at Leeds and was one of the world’s most clinical strikers in his day. Such was his prowess, he scored over a goal every two games in the sort of ratios you’d only find in the best online casino sites on offer back then.

That ratio ultimately led to a big move to Newcastle but for the Socceroos he was perhaps less lethal, playing only 43 times and netting 11 goals.

Johnny Warren

Johnny Warren spent his entire career in Australia aside from a brief stop at Stockport County and was known throughout his life as Captain Socceroo. Arguably the most important player in Australia’s history, the A-League winners’ medal is named after him and he spent a number of years as a manager in the country too.

Craig Johnston

Craig Johnston’s career is certainly an intriguing one. He spent much of it at Liverpool and was one of the best midfielders in the league during his time at the club.

He won five league titles with the club and a raft of other trophies, but it’s perhaps the Adidas Predator boot he is most famous for, being the chief designer and changing the game for good.

Tim Cahill

Cahill is an Everton and Australia legend and the player who’s perhaps had the biggest impact on Australian football in recent years.

His famous boxing celebration is iconic and he made over 100 appearances for his nation and is the all-time leading goalscorer with almost a goal every two games.

An Early Look At Potential Euro 2021 Top Scorers

The excitement is building for Euro 2021 and it’s all set to be one full of goals if the domestic competitions are anything to go by.

Across Europe’s top leagues it’s a smorgasbord of world class strikers and in fact, players are paying out more than a machine a sous en ligne such is the form of many.

That’s right, while many of us are enjoying online casino sites such as www.australianonlinecasinosites.com, it’s time to cash in our chips and decide who we think will be Euro 2021’s top scorer come the beginning of July…

Harry Kane

England’s Harry Kane won the top scorer gong at the World Cup just a few years ago and is favourite with the bookmakers this time out to win the gong. England are also favourites to win the competition with many bookmakers, although much of that will depend on the form of Kane.

Robert Lewandowski

He’s the best striker on the planet currently and the goals continue to flow for the Polish striker. He’s netting more than a goal a game for Bayern so far this season and plenty will be putting money on him ahead of the Euros.

However, with the rest of the Polish side not in the same bracket as him, the tally of goals he gets will depend on how they navigate a group that contains Spain, Sweden and Slovakia.

Cristiano Ronaldo

It could well be Cristiano Ronaldo’s last major tournament, but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him at Qatar 2022 given his fitness and form. The Juve star won the Euros last time out but are in the group of death alongside Germany, France and Hungary, so it will be a task in itself getting through that.

He’s second favourite to top score at 10/1 and it would be a fitting end to a remarkable career.

Romelu Lukaku

Belgium will be desperate to win the competition given their agonising defeat to France in the semi finals in Russia a few years ago.

Lukaku has really got his career back on track at Inter Milan and is a good punt for top scorer this summer. He’s at 10/1 with many bookies alongside Ronaldo and will be instrumental in any Belgian success.

Kylian Mbappe

Incredibly, Mbappe is an 11/1 shot, which seems crazy given his world-class ability. France will be the side to beat and the young PSG star will be the poster boy of the tournament.

Again, it’s a tough start but as he recently showed against Barcelona, he can make life difficult for even the very best players on the planet.

Nuggets’ star Jamal Murray makes history with stunning 50-point game

Denver Nuggets’ Jamal Murray responded to recent criticism of his performances with a stunning 50-point game in his team’s crushing win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. It was a match Nuggets had to win and a match the Canadian was warned he had to perform in.

The pre-game NBA betting had Denver as favourites to secure victory over Cleveland but they deserve credit for how they grabbed an important result. It was a welcome return to the kind of play Nuggets are capable of following a recent sticky spell but there was no denying who the standout player on the court was.

Murray grabs the headlines

23-year-old Ontario-born Murray entered the game suffering a dip in form. Coach Michael Malone warned the player he must be more ruthless in attack. He wanted the 6ft 3inch Jamal to show more of his true potential and be brave enough to take on open shots rather than pass to a teammate.

It was a challenge to be more responsible, both as a player and as a member of the team. It was a task he passed with flying colours showing exactly what he is capable of when in the mood. He may not boast the consistency of a top player just yet, but pundits know there’s a star in there. Jamal has the qualities needed to go on and carve out a successful career. An NBA All-Rookie Second Team 2017 was his biggest achievement until Friday, but that was all to change.

Murray set a personal best 50 points in a regular-season match, smashing his previous efforts. Not only was it the best scoring record we’ve seen from Jamal, but it was also the best any player has ever produced in NBA history. He entered the game needing a performance to repay those who had put their faith in his quality. He came out of the match a record-breaker.

What’s all the fuss about?

Other players have scored 50-point games in the past. So, what was all the fuss about? Murray’s scoring record made him the first player to break the half-century without having to rely on a free throw. That’s quite something and many basketball lovers believe it could be some time before we see that feat matched in the NBA.

Match stats showed Murray was 21-25 from the field and bolstered his numbers by nailing a jaw-dropping 8-10 from the three-point line.

Incredibly, despite cementing his name in the sport’s history books the amazing achievement was news to Murray who only found out about the record during a post-match interview. It may have come as a shock to some, but the star of the show seemed unfazed by it all.

Speaking to the waiting press Jamal admitted breaking records had never entered his thoughts during the game and he was. Instead, he was concentrating on getting into attacking areas of the court, receiving the ball, and making it count. He played like a man determined to make a point and can take pride in his performance. Murray did admit it is cool to claim such an important stat.

Denver take confidence from Hawks poor form

Fans of Denver now hope the performance against Cleveland is a sign of things to come. The start of fresh enthusiasm and confidence in the locker room as we enter a busy period. That win helped snap a two-game losing streak for the Nuggets and sets them up nicely for their only trip of the campaign to Atlanta where they face the Hawks.

Victory in that road trip would ensure they get even on the four-game tour of the East Coast. Two from four isn’t what the coaching staff or fans had in mind, but it certainly isn’t the worst set of results, all things considered. Denver are re-energised after that win against the Cavaliers and take heart from the fact Hawks are stumbling through a dreadful run of form, losing five of their last six games before Nuggets come calling.

Last season’s head-to-head ended even with each team winning their match on the road. That’s another reason for those loyal to the away team to believe.

Recent NHL Trends to Watch

Recent NHL Trends to Watch

The NHL is well underway, and we have some recent NHL trends to watch.

Following the NHL’s Lake Tahoe adventure, which saw Saturday’s game between the Vegas Golden Knights and Colorado Avalanche delayed until midnight Eastern after poor ice conditions created safety hazards, the league may not hold an outdoor game again any time soon.

In a season unlike any the league has experienced before, here are a few trends you should be aware of before placing further hockey bets.

How much do you love horse racing? Let’s get ready for the 2021 Triple Crown.

Puck Line Performances

A few of the teams near the bottom of the standings have impressed on puck line bets this season. As of Feb. 22, the top five teams by win percentage on the puck line are:

  1. Winnipeg Jets (15-3-0)
  2. Los Angeles Kings (12-4-0)
  3. New Jersey Devils (9-4-0)
  4. New York Rangers (11-5-0)
  5. New York Islanders (11-6-0)

The Islanders, Rangers, and Jets have earned their spots on this list through quality goaltending. As a team, the Islanders allow the fourth-fewest goals per game (2.35) in the league.

Semyon Varlamov and Anaheim goaltender John Gibson are tied for the league lead with three shutouts this season.

Los Angeles is off to a surprising 7-6-3 start, sitting in fourth place in the West Division. Two of the Kings’ three overtime losses came against the Minnesota Wild, where they blew 3-1 leads in the third period.

Anze Kopitar (four goals, 17 assists), Drew Doughty (four goals, 11 assists), and Dustin Brown (eight goals, six assists) are all having excellent rebound seasons after disappointing 2019-20 campaigns.

Must Read: Early Look March Madness 2021

As for the Rangers, they’ve seen six one-goal losses this year, including three in overtime. While it snuck into the playoffs as one of the bottom seeds in the Eastern Conference last year, New York was not expected to be a playoff team this year.

The Rangers have at least been a competitive team, despite an abundance of injuries and off-ice drama, including a fight between teammates in the tunnel after a shootout loss.

If you are continuously having trouble handicapping NHL games, maybe it’s time you start buying premium picks. A site like Action Sports Picks offer a large variety of picks on different sports. Even better are their great prices for valuable picks.

Over/Under Analysis

If you look a little deeper into recent NHL trends, four of the top five teams with the highest “over” percentage were playoff teams last season. They are:

  1. Los Angeles Kings (68.8%)
  2. Philadelphia Flyers (66.7%)
  3. Carolina Hurricanes (65.6%)
  4. Washington Capitals (64.7%)
  5. Arizona Coyotes (61.8%)

One interesting trend here is that both the Kings and Coyotes (7-7-3) have losing records in the standings but are hitting the over. Their live NHL odds are proof of them scoring and allowing plenty goal. Arizona has a minus-five goal differential this season, so some of its “over” hits have come from giving up too many.

Philadelphia (3.40), Carolina (3.69), and Washington (3.35) all rank in the top 10 in goals-per-game average. Adding to the “over” factor for the Flyers and Capitals is that they also rank in the top 10 in highest goals allowed per game (Philadelphia at 3.27, Washington at 3.41).

As for teams with the highest “under” rate, the top five are:

  1. New York Rangers (75%)
  2. New York Islanders (70.6%)
  3. Detroit Red Wings (70%)
  4. Anaheim Ducks (69.4%)
  5. Colorado Avalanche (64.3%)

The Rangers, Islanders, Red Wings, and Ducks are among the lowest-scoring teams in the league (Anaheim and Detroit are worst and second worst, respectively). However, the Avalanche are one of the top five Cup favorites, earning their positioning on this list with outstanding defense and goaltending, not to mention higher “over” totals from night to night, given their scoring prowess.

Ethereum as a deposit option?

First: Let’s talk about cryptocurrency and using it as a deposit option for your online sportsbook. Second, before we talk about Ethereum or Bitcoin, let’s talk about an online presence. You may be a local bookie that is thinking about finding an online presence for your bookmaking operation. If you are not yet online, that’s ok, stick around, we have some easy answers and best of all, affordable options for getting online tomorrow!

● “Ether is the cryptocurrency built on top of the open source Ethereum blockchain, which runs smart contracts. The cryptocurrency acts as a fuel that allows smart contracts to run unlike bitcoin, which is meant to be a unit of currency on a peer-to-peer payment network. Ether’s supply is not capped like that of bitcoin and its supply schedule, often described as minimum necessary to secure the network, is determined by members of Ethereum’s community.”

What Can Ethereum Do for You?

● This is not an advertisement for Ethereum! We are not telling you to invest, and we have no idea about the stability of this cryptocurrency. Just as we would never tell you to invest in Bitcoin or do we know about the stability or volatility of Bitcoin.

● Ethereum is a great tool for your online bookmaking site because gamblers love to use cryptocurrency to fund their accounts and it’s a great way to send a payout. With Ethereum, you get all the convenience of Bitcoin and in a friendly and easy to use wallet. All you have to do is find a great wallet and start using it for deposits as well as payouts if you don’t want to hassle with cash.

● The great news about using Ethereum is for the simple fact that it can be converted to US currency immediately, and it’s not expensive to use most wallets.

● Bookies must accept this fact; if you are going to accept any kind of payment other than cash, you will have to pay for that source of funding. Credit cards are expensive and risky. Why are they risky? Chargebacks… This happens often with new accounts. Players will sign up with a sportsbook, make a deposit with a credit card, then lose all of their money and call the bank reporting a bogus charge, 99% of the time, the bank will back the player.

● With Ethereum, this will never happen. You will never have a chargeback and once the client spends the money, it’s yours forever.

If you are a bookie that’s not online, get online now.

● There is only one way to keep your clients loyal and that’s with an online presence. If you want to earn big profits and keep your players playing on a 24/7 basis, then you must find an online presence.

● You can be online tomorrow with a pay per head. The (pay per head) as it’s known, is an online provider of bookie software. They custom-build gaming websites for local bookies that want to become online bookies.

● The PPH will give you a custom-built website that comes with a .com address that’s exclusive to you and your clients.

● The best PPH providers on the internet are offering the complete gaming website for free. You get a top-notch sportsbook, a world-class racebook, and a Las Vegas-style casino for free. Your website will be 24/7 and your clients can gamble without bothering you or taking away from your personal time. The website comes with a toll-free number that’s accessible to you and your clients from the USA.

● The PPH does everything for you. They set the daily sporting events along with the lines and odds. You are always in control to change the lines and odds at any time for any reason and you are never obligated to offer any event that you choose not to offer.

Your clients want to gamble on their time, not on yours. If you are not offering them options, (and how can you offer a casino and racebook without being online), then they will go somewhere else and find those options. You must keep them in-house. Give them what they are asking for. You can give it to them in a day or two for around $7 per head, per week. Again, the website is totally free and there will never be a charge for it or the maintenance.

NFL 2021: Tom Brady And Other Best Athletes In The World

When you think of American football, one of the biggest names that would be the first to come to mind would be Tom Brady. Just recently, Brady once again broke the records of NFL history when he led his franchise, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to its second-ever NFL championship win when they successfully bagged the Super Bowl 55. Brady ended the season not only winning the Super Bowl but also being hailed as the season’s MVP.

Brady led the Buccaneers to a landslide 31-9 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs, ending all of their dreams for the year’s Super Bowl. This win marked Brady’s seventh Super Bowl overall. This means that he holds more Super Bowls under his name than any other franchise in the league’s history so far. This makes him a valuable name even in the 2021 NFL mock draft, as any franchise who would have him under their umbrella is automatically seen as a strong powerhouse. Other record-breaking achievements of Tom Brady include being the oldest quarterback to win a Super Bowl, and being the only player so far to have five MVP trophies.

With all of these in mind, it is no longer a wonder that a lot of people consider Brady to be the GOAT (greatest of all time) of American football. If he is the one for this sport, who are the other athletes considered to be the best or the greatest in their respective sports?

Get to know some of them below.

Lionel Messi

Soccer, or known to most of the world as football, is the most popular sport in the world. It is the biggest not only in terms of the number of viewership, the revenue it rakes in, and even in the amount of money it attracts when it comes to sports betting.

When it comes to the GOAT for soccer, there is a long-running debate on who it could be. There are many great players, but Lionel Messi is considered by a lot to be on the top. He is the highest-paid football player and is one of the highest-paid athletes of all-time. He has countless awards and titles under his name and had led his team, Barcelona, to ten La Liga championships. He has won the Copa Del Rey a total of six times and UEFA Champions League titles.

Tiger Woods

Some may argue that Jack Nicklaus holds the most number of major championships won by a single golfer, but no one can deny that when you mention golf, Tiger Woods is the name that you think of.

Throughout his career, Woods had shown power and dominance in his sport so much that even those who are not fans of golf have known his name. His name has become synonymous with the sport itself. He had countless tours under his belt, sponsorships, movie and TV cameos, and even video games based on him and his career as a golfer.

LeBron James

Michael Jordan is considered by a lot of people as the GOAT of basketball, and no one will oppose that. However, it is still an undeniable fact that LeBron James is coming in close, and considering that the end of his career is not yet over, he may very well be the next GOAT of basketball.

Serena Williams

Serena Williams as the best women’s tennis player now is debatable, as she is only, in fact, considered the top 11th in the list currently active players. However, if one would talk about records, this is where she would surely win.

Serena, at 39, had more than 50 championships under her name, including Grand Slams, Australian Opens, Wimbledon, US opens, and French Opens.

How to use the player watch report?

There are lots of great tools and reports to take advantage of when your operation is running on a solid and trustable platform and managed by an experienced Price per Head provider.

Information is worth money, it’s a common saying, but most importantly, you need to know that it’s not just a saying, but it’s a fact of life; information gives you power and control, it gives you options, having knowledge of what’s going on gives you the edge to be able to think and make better decisions, as well as a good reaction time when things are going the wrong way.

In the Price per Head industry, once you find a good and experienced PPH provider like www.RealBookies.com, you’ll see that many different options will start coming up on how to help you manage your sportsbook and help you start getting better results. One of these helpful tools is the reporting tool for agents, through which you can be on top and keep control of all your players in a personalized way. Out of the many reports that we can offer you as a bookie or agent, we want to tell you a little bit more about the Player Watch report.

What is the Player Watch report in my agent backend?

The Player Watch report is one of the many useful and simple tools that you have at your disposal to help you keep track of players that might be of importance to you. As the name clearly says, it will help you watch them, maybe because they’re already at a point where you need to monitor and take action about something in specific, or maybe just because you’re trying to prevent any situation that could get out of hand.

Once you’re in the platform and logged in as an agent, you can select the list of all your players, see their numbers, open bets, balance, etc., and right there you will also be able to just click or unclick when you want to follow any of them, when you want to watch them.

How can you watch and what is it good for?

This tool allows you to monitor two different situations. First, you can see which players have already beaten you, see their balance and help you start tracking them starting there, so that you can take a deeper look at them and check if you need to adjust limits or take any other action.

Second, this report tool can help you oversee and prevent any major swing coming, helping you analyze and keep track of open wagers and if any player could win big or become a problem, according to his open bets riding at the moment.

So, as you see, with the Player Watch report you can react or prevent, it’s up to you how you want to handle it, but what’s most important is that you are aware of these tools and learn how to use them for your own benefit. Go to www.RealBookies.com right now and let us help you use this and many other tools that will help you get better results.

March Madness Bingo: What To Expect Come March

It’s almost that time of the year again. Yes, March Madness is on the horizon, with just over a month to go. It’s all set to be an exciting year, kicking off on March 14, with the Championship game going ahead on April 5.

The entire tournament will take place in Indianapolis this year, with Gonzaga the current favourites for the tournament, but as we know only too well, anything can happen.

Over the past 12 months we’ve all become a little more familiar with online gaming as we anticipate the return of the hectic schedule that March Madness brings. With many of us looking to get familiar with playing online bingo, it felt only right to think about March Madness bingo, and exactly what would make it onto a bingo card.

A Shot of a Player’s Parent

Firstly you can of course expect to see a shot of a players parent. This may not be in the typical sense this year due to restrictions, but you can certainly expect video links and commentary teams and studios enjoying a conversation with a proud parent.

A Missed Free-Throw

This isn’t the NBA and the nerves can get to young players, meaning the free throw miss becomes inevitable. There have been many huge moments during March Madness which have gone down in history due to missed free throws, Memphis’ game with Kansas in 2008 being a notable example of this.

College Mascot Makes An Appearance

March Madness always needs a fun mascot to steal the show and this year will be no different. How they’ll make an appearance is yet to be seen, but you can bet your bottom dollar there will an oversized animal in a replica kit making their way across the court, or at the very least your TV screens!

Deodorant Commercial

It’s almost like broadcasters are trying to say something. Deodorant commercials are always appearing during breaks of March Madness and you’d be able to mark this off any bingo card a good number of times.

A 14-16 Seed Wins

A bold one for the bingo card, but who doesn’t love an upset? The number 14 seed is always an interested one to watch, with 18 of the 35 NCAA tournaments, since expanding to 64 teams, having seen at least one triumph over a number three seed.

The last win for a 14 came in 2016, Stephen F. Austin beat West Virginia, in a thrilling game that saw Thomas Walkup score 33 points.

An On the Buzzer Win

It’s what we all like to see, at least if it means you’re on the winning end anyway. The on the buzzer win is what makes basketball the game it is and there have been a number of buzzer beaters down the year, including the likes of Kris Jenkins for Villanova in 2016, Bryce Drew for Valprasaiso in 1998 and Christian Laettner for Duke in 1992, all remarkable moments, but can a player add their name to the list this time around?
