2006 (NFL): In the first NFL game featuring two brothers starting at quarterback, Peyton Manning outduels little brother Eli Manning in the Indianapolis Colts 26-21 victory over the New York Giants. The Colts were 3-point road favorites and the game went under the total of 47½-points.
2016 (College Football): Central Michigan defeats #22 ranked Oklahoma State 30-27 with a touchdown on a Hail Mary and lateral on the last play of the game. The Chippewas were 17½-point road underdogs and +650 on the money line. An officiating mistake with 4 seconds left in the game led to Central Michigan getting one last chance to win the game.
