1990 (Boxing): In what some consider to be the biggest upset in sports history, Buster Douglas knocks out previously undefeated Mike Tyson in the 10th round. Douglas was listed anywhere from 10-1 to 50-1 although it was also reported that the Las Vegas sportsbooks did not set a line for the fight since it was assumed Tyson would easily win. The fight was held in Tokyo, Japan as Douglas improved to 30-4-1.

2001 (NBA): The East erase a 19-point deficit at the end of the 3rd quarter to win 111-110 over the West in the All-Star Game held in Washington, D.C. The East were a 3½-point underdog and the game stayed under the total of 256 points. Allen Iverson was named All-Star MVP after leading all scorers with 25 points - 15 of which came in the 4th quarter comeback. Stephon Marbury's 3-pointer with 28 seconds left in the game gave the East the lead for good.

2011 (NBA): The Cleveland Cavaliers snap a 26-game losing streak with a 126-119 overtime victory over the Los Angeles Clippers. The Cavaliers were a 4½-point underdog and the game went over the total of 206½-points. Cavaliers forward Antawn Jamison led all scorers with 35 points. The streak is tied with the 2013-2014 Philadelphia 76ers for the longest losing skid within a season in NBA history.
