1990 (NFL): "The Body Bag" game - on Monday Night Football, the Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Washington Redskins 28-14 as nine Redskins players lef the game with injuries. The Eagles were 3-point home favorites and the game stayed under the total of 44 points. Philadelphia head coach Buddy Ryan told the media before the game that his team would put a beating on Washington so bad that "they'll have to be carted off in body bags." The Eagles also scored two defensive touchdows in the victory.

2019 (College Basketball): As a 24½-point road underdog, Evansville shocks #1 Kentucky 67-64. The Purple Aces were around 40-1 on the money line.
