1995 (Boxing): Fighting for the first time in over 4 years, Mike Tyson defeats Peter McNeeley 89 seconds into the first round. Tyson was a heavy -2000 favorite as he won by disqualification after McNeeley's manager entered the ring to prevent McNeeley from suffering any more damage.


2001 (Golf): Entering the first round as a 70-1 longshot to win the tourament, David Toms wins the PGA Championship at the Atlanta Athletic Club by 1-stroke over playing parter Phil Mickelson. Toms needed a 12-foot par putt on the final hole to avoid a playoff.
