1996 (NBA): Kobe Bryant becomes the youngest player to make his NBA debut (18 years, 2 months and 11 days) in the Los Angeles Lakers 91-85 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Lakers failed to cover as 15-point home favorites as Bryant came off the bench and played 6 minutes, missing his only shot and scoring zero points. 9 years later Andrew Bynum would break Bryant's record by making his NBA debut just 6 days after his 18th birthday.
2007 (College Football): Navy ends their NCAA football record losing streak against one opponent at 43 games after defeating Notre Dame 46-44 in triple overtime. The Midshipmen were 3-point road underdogs and the game went over the total of 57½-points. Notre Dame hadn't lost to Navy since 1963.
2013 (NFL): Nick Foles becomes the 7th quarterback in NFL history to throw 7 touchdown passes in a game as the Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Oakland Raiders 49-20. The Eagles were 1-point road underdogs and the game went over the total of 45½-points. Foles finished the day completing 22 of 28 passes for 406 yards as wide receiver Riley Cooper caught 5 passes for 139 yards and 3 of the 7 touchdowns.
