2000 (NFL): Super Bowl XXXIV at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta - the St Louis Rams defeat the Tennessee Titans 23-16 after Rams linebacker Mike Jones tackled Titans wide receiver Kevin Dyson just one yard short of the goal line on the final play of the game. The game was a push as the Rams were 7-point favorites and stayed under the total of 48 points. St Louis entered the season with odds of 150-1 to win the Super Bowl as they lost starting quarterback Trent Green in the preseason. Kurt Warner, a former Arena League quarterback, took over the starting job and would go on to win the regular season MVP award. He would be named Super Bowl MVP as well after throwing for 414 yards and 2 touchdowns.


2016 (Tennis): German Angelique Kerber wins her first Grand Slam singles title after defeating Serena Williams 6-4, 3-6, 6-4. Kerber entered the tournament at +3300 to win the title and was a +560 underdog for the match - the largest underdog to win in a Grand Slam women's final this century.


2018 (NBA): James Harden records the first 60-point triple double in NBA history in the Houston Rockets 114-107 victory over the Orlando Magic. The Rockets failed to cover as 13-point home favorites and the game went over the total of 219½-points. Harden finished the night with 60 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, 4 steals and a block. The 60 points set the Rockets franchise record for most points in a game - a mark that stood for nearly 40 years by Calvin Murphy's 57 points.
